Shipping Policy

Thank you for ordering Brush Creek Beef. In order for your beef to arrive in a timely manner in excellent condition, we have outlined the following guidelines.

Orders are processed Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday, excluding holidays. Orders placed after 2:00pm EST will ship the next eligible business day. When your order is shipped, you will receive an email notification with a link to track the status of your shipment.

Cost and Packaging

At Brush Creek Farm, we try our best to find the most effective and affordable option for shipping. However, shipping perishable food can be costly. 

Shipping rates are calculated based on the weight of your order, the shipping method selected, and the distance your order needs to travel. All orders will ship from our farm in Colbert, Georgia.

Each individually vacuum sealed product is frozen solid and carefully packed into a cardboard box lined with a high-density foam cooler insert. In order for the package to maintain its temperature, all beef products are packed with gel packs and/or dry ice. Understand beef orders may be delivered frozen or slightly thawed, depending on the time in transit with the shipping company. Please follow the included instructions for handling dry ice, if necessary.

Product Information

Brush Creek Farm beef is raised naturally, and we do not add preservatives to our meat. Therefore, there may be variations of size, color, and weight of our cuts of beef.

Important Shipping Notes

Because we ship refrigerated items, we must choose shipping options that get your order to you within a specific time frame. We offer Ground Ship options to the following states: Alabama, Arkansas, Delaware, DC, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Indiana, Kentucky, Louisiana, Maryland, Michigan, Mississippi, Missouri, New Jersey, New York, North Carolina, Ohio, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, Tennessee, Virginia & West Virginia.
If your ship to address is outside of that state list, your refrigerated order must be shipped 2nd Day Air or Next day Air. If you do not choose the proper shipping method we will hold your order until we contact you to determine whether you’d like to upgrade the shipping or cancel the order.
We ship to qualifying physical addresses in the United States and the District of Columbia, and we require a street address.

We're unable to ship to PO Box addresses or APO/FPO addresses.

Please make sure your address is correct when placing your order.

Brush Creek Farm is not responsible for shipments to undeliverable addresses due to incorrect shipping address, or unpredictable weather conditions and/or acts of God.

Brush Creek Farm is not responsible for shipping delays or problems caused by the shipping company, and failed delivery attempts.

Do you have a beef with our beef? Please feel free to contact us, and we will be happy to help. Please understand, we are not a shipping company. We are simply trying to get our beef to you in the fastest and safest way possible. We have no control after the beef has left our facilities, but we prepare each package to withstand the shipment process as best we can. If you have any questions or concerns we will quickly respond to address the issue.
