*We try our best to vary the cuts of beef to keep your monthly packages interesting. Occasionally when we include higher value cuts, such as Filet Mignon, you may find the overall weight slightly less than normal.

Shipping:

Brush Creek beef ships in an insulated box filled with ice and frozen beef. If dry ice is necessary to ensure it will stay cold until it reaches the destination, we will include disposal instructions.
