Custom Order Your Beef
Customize your beef by purchasing a half or whole steer. For example, you may specify the thickness to cut your steaks or choose to have the roasts used for ground beef. Choose from the cuts listed above to select what options you would like your order to include.
*** Please note: This order cannot be shipped. When ordering a half or whole steer, the order must be picked up from our farm located in Colbert, GA.
Packaging
Steaks are packaged in quantities of one or two steaks. Unless otherwise noted, steaks are cut approximately 1 ½” thick. Ground beef is packaged in a one-pound tube. Our ground beef is approximately 90% lean. Cubed steak and stew beef are packaged on a tray at approximately 1 lb. each. Roasts will weigh approximately 3 to 6 lbs. each. All packages are vacuum sealed with a label on the back listing the cut of beef.
Pricing
Pricing is set at a flat $8.95/Lb. and weight is based on packaged meat that is ready to be taken home. Double check your freezer space before placing this order. An average steer will yield roughly 350-400 lbs. of packaged meat. Deposits are non-refundable, so please contact us before placing your order so we can discuss all options prior to payment.
